Description

La Ligue Auvergne – Rhône-Alpes Handisport organise un stage JAP (Jeunes à Potentiel) multisports.
Pour permettre aux jeunes d’apprendre, de progresser, et de s’entraîner mais aussi découvrir des activités physiques et sportives comme l’athlétisme, le basket fauteuil, le cyclisme, le tennis de table, la natation, le goalball ou encore l’escrime

L’encadrement sera assuré par des entraineurs des commissions sportives régionales, des stagiaires et personnels de la ligue des départements, et des entraineurs mis à disposition de la FFH.

CONDITIONS D’ACCES

– Le stage sera ouvert à 30 sportifs âgés de 10 à 18 ans.

– Les disciplines ouvertes seront : Athlétisme, basket fauteuil, cyclisme, tennis de table, natation, goalball, escrime (en fonction des inscrits certains sports ne seront pas mis en place).

– Cinq 1/2 journées d’entraînement seront proposées : 2 à 3 dans la discipline « préférée » du jeune et 2 séances dans une autre discipline choisie par le jeune ou orientée par l’encadrement.

– La dernière 1/2 journée sera dédiée à la mise en place des tests de motricité et d’aptitude physique proposées par la FFH et à une activité collective de cohésion.

– concernant le contenu et le niveau requis, l’objectif est une première approche de l’entraînement en vue de la pratique de la compétition.

– niveau requis : pratiquer une ou plusieurs activités sportives au moins 2 fois par semaine.

– être engagé ou souhaiter s’engager dans une pratique compétitive a court terme.

Les besoins

Les besoins sont essentiellement financiers,

Une dotation en équipement pour les jeunes et les encadrants serait également un plus.

Un proposition de prestation photo et/ou vidéo du stage permettrai aux enfant de garder un souvenir de qualité de leur séjour.
